Getting started

• Everyone opens Audio Bubble on their own iPhone, with Wi-Fi turned on.
• Put in your headphones. AirPods, wired or any Bluetooth headphones work.
• People nearby float on your screen. Tap someone to invite them; they tap Join.
• You hear everyone in your bubble, and never yourself. It keeps going with your screen locked.

I can't see anyone nearby

Make sure you both have the app open and Wi-Fi turned on. If you said no to the Local Network prompt, turn it back on in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network › Audio Bubble.

It won't let me start or join a bubble

Headphones are required, so only your bubble hears the audio. Put them in and try again. If they come out while you're in a bubble, the audio pauses until they're back.

The audio is delayed or choppy

Your bubble sounds best with no Wi-Fi network at all. Keep Wi-Fi on, but leave the network you're joined to: open Control Center and tap Wi-Fi. Bluetooth headphones also add some delay of their own; AirPods or wired headphones have the least.

I can't hear someone

Check that they aren't muted and that their headphones are in. It helps to stay within the same room or area; Audio Bubble works between phones that are near each other.
